Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. All rentals are month to month. Stay as long as you need and leave when you do not. We ask for a written notice when you move out so we can prepare the unit for the next tenant.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards online and in person. Most tenants set up autopay through our online portal so they do not have to think about it each month. ACH and check options are available on request.
Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Tenants are responsible for insuring their own belongings. Many homeowners and renters insurance policies extend coverage to a storage unit, so check your existing policy first. If your policy does not cover stored items, third party tenant insurance is available.
What kind of lock do I need?
A standard disc lock or padlock that fits the unit door. Disc locks offer the strongest security and are recommended. We can help you choose at move in.
Can I store a vehicle, boat, or RV?
Yes. We have outdoor parking and inside fence parking sized for boats, RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorcycles, work trucks, and project vehicles. All vehicle storage is paved and inside our secure perimeter with 24/7 gated access.
What is not allowed in a storage unit?
